Refunds & Returns Policy

We do not accept any refunds or returns.

However if you find that your precious art work is damaged in transit or if there is any discoloration in the painting, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment – at savitrart@purnamcommunity.in along with the photographs of the product.

Once verified, depending on what is damaged, we will ship out the frame or painting – at no extra cost.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates Per Painting & Delivery Estimates:

Tamil Nadu – ₹225. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.
South India – ₹255. Estimated delivery time: 6-8 business days.
Metro Cities of North India – ₹465. Estimated delivery time: 12-14 business days.
Rest of India – ₹480. Estimated delivery time: 14-16 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
