Details

“His nature’s passionate stretches flowed to her, Flashing with lighting, mad with luminous wine, All was the limitless sea that heaved to the moon.”

Inspired by the lines from Savitri, dive into the artist’s journey as Usha Arvind shares her unique experience. The process through which Aspiration was born was unique. The vision received by Usha was quite direct in the Savitri lines, like “limitless sea that heaved to the moon” and “stretches flowed to her”, where she visualized a seeker stretched towards the divine, similar to waves of the sea rising to touch the moon. During the painting, Usha experienced forgetting herself completely in the immensity of the flow she experienced.
Welcome Aspiration into your home – more than a mere decoration, it’s an invitation to tranquility, introspection, and the sacred.

Artist: Usha Aravind, an Indian artist from the Philippines who has learned different forms of art, in particular ancient Indian art, from several teachers for 20+ years.
